Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 19, 2026.

You are reading the rules of engagement for localseofremont.com. We publish hard data, field-tested tactics, and case studies on dominating the Fremont map pack. We share what actually works for Bay Area contractors, clinics, and retail shops. If you use this site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, close the tab.

Website Visitor vs. Agency Client

Reading our guide on NAP consistency does not make you a client. We do not owe you a strategy call because you read a blog post. Client relationships require a signed contract, a clear scope of work, and a retainer. This website provides free, public information. Treat it as a resource, not a consulting agreement.

When we take on a client, we run a full diagnostic. We look at their specific backlink profile, their exact geographic coordinates relative to the city center, and their historical review velocity. We build a custom campaign based on high-resolution data. When you read a blog post here, you get the broad strokes. You get the theory and the general application. You do not get the custom diagnostic. Do not confuse public education with private consulting.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We write about local SEO. We cover GBP optimization, citation building, and review velocity. This is educational material based on our daily agency operations. It is not a guaranteed blueprint for your specific business. Google updates its algorithm constantly. A proximity signal tactic that crushed it last month will lose its edge tomorrow. We test. We document. We publish.

You apply these tactics at your own risk. We do not guarantee you will jump from position 12 to position 3 in the local finder just because you read our guide on geotagged photos. We share tactics to mitigate the friction of local SEO. We cannot eliminate it entirely. We provide our information exactly as it is. No warranties. No guarantees of uptime, ranking improvements, or lead generation.

Your rankings are your responsibility.

If you follow our guide on updating your primary category and your traffic drops, that falls on you. You must evaluate your own risk tolerance before touching your digital assets. Google Business Profile support is notoriously difficult. Listings get suspended for seemingly no reason. A competitor suggests an edit to your business hours, and suddenly your profile is under review. You must navigate this reality yourself.

Accuracy of Local Search Data

Local search is a moving target. We publish case studies based on the data we pull on a specific day. Google changes the layout of the local finder. They adjust the weight of proximity signals. They alter how review velocity impacts overall visibility. A case study we published six months ago reflects the reality of that exact moment.

We do not retroactively update every historical post to match today’s algorithm. You must check the publication date. You must verify current best practices before executing a major overhaul of your Google Business Profile. The noise of algorithm updates will always exist. We help you find the signal, but you must verify the current conditions on the ground.

Intellectual Property

We spend hours auditing Bay Area search results. We write every case study, compile every citation list, and draft every guide on this domain. We track hundreds of keywords across Fremont and the wider Bay Area. We compile this data into the reports you read here. That data structure is our intellectual property.
